Is the Executive Chef at Circa1875 French Bistro on Whitaker St in downtown Savannah. Raised in Saratoga Springs, NY began working in area restaurants by the age of fourteen, staring as a dishwasher at a local Brew Pub and worked onto the line a few years later. Upon graduation decided to attend Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. After six months in Providence, he transferred to The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. After moving to Savannah, GA in 2006, worked as the sous chef at the Olde Pink House and then the Mansion on Forsyth Park. Circa 1875 approached David in May 2010 to assist with the opening of their French Bistro. David has been working at Circa ever since and the Bistro just celebrated it's fifth anniversary.
