Dusty made a name for himself by collaborating coastal and Italian in one dish. He currently serves as the Executive Chef of Pacci, where he found a way to utilize local farmers, fisherman and purveyors for Savannah natives and tourists to enjoy.
In Grove's early career, he assumed the role of corporate chef at numerous private clubs in Atlanta. Grove previously directed the culinary operations at the Bohemian Hotel, The Mansion at Forsyth Park and Vic's on the River and was the Executive Chef at The Landings, one of the largest private clubs in the country.
The Savannah Food & Wine Festival is presented by the Tourism Leadership Council, a 501-(c) 6 organization, and The AdFish Group, with proceeds benefiting the TLC Scholarship Fund, with educational opportunities for hospitality program students in colleges and universities in the Coastal Empire and many local charitable organizations.
