Chef Connors is the premiere chef on Hilton Head Island. Graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, he has worked for Le Cirque, The Ritz Carlton and Hyatt Hotels. Before joining The Westin he worked at the Member’s Club of The PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach, FL as Executive Chef . His cuisine style is a blend of comfort food and fine dining.
