FAQ's

Can I bring my children to an event?

Given the nature of the Savannah Food & Wine Festival, we are required by the state of Georgia to check IDs for all attendees to verify that they are of legal drinking age to gain access to our events.

Can I bring my pet to an event?

We do not permit dogs to attend any Savannah Food & Wine Festival events, to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests and to preserve the historic venues where these events are located.

Where will an event be held? At what time?

Information regarding event location, time and date can be found by clicking the "Events" tab above. Please select the event you are interested in attending to view details. The Festival also supports a number of Charity events that are in keeping with the mission of the Festival and the Tourism Leadership Council. Those events are located under the "Supported Events" tab above.

What hotel(s) does the festival recommend?

The Festival does not recommend one hotel over another hotel. Our goal is to bring a diverse Patron base to Savannah to enjoy our festival and the city a like. We do however have hotel partners listed on our web site that are engaged with the festival on many different levels, many of which do provide a festival rate for our Patrons visiting from out of town. You can find our list of partner hotels by clicking on the "Hotel Partners" tab above. Additional partners will be added as they become available. For information on availability and rates, please contact the individual hotels directly.

I’m a vendor/business owner that wants to get involved. How do I do that this year?

Please visit our "Exhibitors" tab above and select the vendor description that best matches your business for more information regarding involvement and our vendor application.

How do the food coins work at Taste of Savannah?

Each ticket holder receives 5 complementary food coins upon entering the Taste of Savannah that can be redeemed for tastings from our restaurant vendors. Additional food coins are available for purchase to redeem for additional samplings.

Is there a “non-drinking” ticket price?

No, we do not offer a separate “non-drinking” ticket price.

Do you offer any ticket discounts?

Yes, our early bird savings offer discounts on select events. We also offer combo ticket packages for some of our events, and our premiere patron package which includes one ticket to each of our six most popular festival events. Don’t wait, take advantage of the savings today!

What kinds of food and beverages will be served at the events?
