Morgan-leigh Norman’s interest in food and wine began at an early age. She spent her early years traveling the world with her family as her father played the PGA and European circuit. Her parents made it a point to introduce their children to the many flavors and cultural experiences of the world.
The summer before her senior year of College, Morgan enrolled in the Italian Culinary Summer School program in Florence, Italy. This experience solidified her love of food and wine and was the catalyst for her ultimate career path. After graduating from Boston College in 2005 with a degree in Literature she chose to continue her culinary education at the Florida Culinary Institute.
Since that time, Morgan gained valuable experience working as a Demonstration Chef at Williams Sonoma, writing and editing at Gourmet Traveler Magazine in Sydney Australia, becoming a Sous Chef at the Beringer Rhine House and overseeing membership as a Member Relations Manager with Napa Valley Reserve.
In 2008, all of her passions were drawn together when she made the decision to take a greater interest in the family business and joined Greg Norman Estates as a member of the Marketing team. In her role she lent her hand and passion to the overall marketing of the wines and brought her training as a chef to recipe development, food & wine pairing and supporting the brand as Brand Ambassador. In 2012 and most of 2013, Morgan-leigh was also very instrumental in the creative process of the Greg Norman Estates brand redesign. The striking label design and accompanying relaunch has been extremely well received and successful.
In 2014, Morgan-leigh added Creative Director of Great White Shark Enterprises to her growing resume. With her move from the Napa Valley to Palm Beach, Florida Morgan-leigh worked relentlessly on the overall creative, design and growth for all of Greg Norman’s brands including clothing, partnerships, golf course design and of course, the wine portfolio.
Today, Morgan-leigh is heavily involved in every aspect of the Greg Norman Estates business and travels the nation as Brand Ambassador to grow the business and develop long lasting relationships with brand partners. She is insistent in her pursuit for Greg Norman Estates to craft refined wine that is of the highest quality, accessible, and most importantly delicious.
When she isn’t traversing the country on business, Morgan-leigh makes her home in Florida with her husband Chris, two beautiful children and lovable Golden Retriever, Brix. She enjoys cooking for friends and family, scuba diving (wherever the water is warm!), horseback riding at the family ranch in Colorado and reading as many books to her little ones as possible.
