After seven years of looking for their perfect restaurant location, co-owners Tony Seichrist and Brad Syfan made the move from Atlanta and bought the former Bonna Bella Yacht Club space that sits dockside just off the Herb River. The duo made some upgrades, created a menu and opened The Wyld Dock Bar this spring. Executive Chef Seichrist created a menu based on local seafood, farm-raised meats and fresh vegetables. Their restaurant features a seasonal menu and full bar in a unique waterfront setting. Seichrist says he loves to fish and the local ingredients and flavors of the Lowcountry are what brought him to Savannah.

“This is a locals’ place,” Seichrist says. “It’s tucked away on the marsh and it’s a location to showcase what these waters have to offer. It’s on the water, so you can even pull up on your boat. It’s definitely unique. This is a once in a lifetime kind of place.”
