With a true appreciation and understanding for the unique growing conditions of Washington State’s American Viticultural Area, Chateau Ste. Michelle winemaker Bob Bertheau is the man to taste you through some of the world class varietals grown in Washington State.  During this session, Bob will expose your palates to highly acclaimed wines of character, complexity and quality that are produced in Washington as he samples a selection of Rieslings, Cabernets and Syrahs that highlight the unique characteristics of several Eastern Washington AVA’s.  Thoughtfully prepared dishes will be paired with the wines to enhance the regional expression of flavors and terrior you find in each varietal.
