Will began his cooking career as an apprentice for Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, TN. Following this, Will worked his way through the culinary world; First as a sous chef at The Forest Heights Country Club in Statesborough, GA, then as a chef de cuisine at the The Westin Savannah Harbor. Will continued to hone his craft; eventually becoming executive chef at The Standard at the Smith House Nashville, TN and executive chef at Radisson Resort Orlando Celebration in Orlando, FL.

 

Currently, Will is the executive chef of Kitchen 320 at the B Historic in the heart of Savannah’s historic district. Will delivers a fresh, urban interpretation of old meets new southern cuisine.

 

Will takes inspiration from the low-country dishes he was raised on, and the new dishes he encountered while working alongside the South’s emerging culinary scene.

 

Will: “Being submerged in low country and southern cuisine with a heavy focus on local ingredients is a great inspiration.  There is a culinary movement in this city, which drives me to challenge myself and my staff to be the best, while also pushing the boundaries of traditional southern and low country fare.”
